Millennial pink is all the rage right now. The colour has blown up on social media and in fashion within the past few years, and we are here for it. But I bet you don’t know just how many millennial pink places there are to travel to. From London to Spain, there are so many pretty pink places for you to visit around the world. We will tell you some of our favourite pink places that you need to check off your bucket list…
Élan Café – London
This popular yet small spot is always packed, so be prepared to wait. You are not able to make reservations but the wait will be worth it. From delicious desserts to teddy bear lattes, this spot is ideal coffee shop for instagrammers. Not to mention the marble countertops and pink seats that will definitely attract some fashionistas and beauty gurus. But the most important part of Élan Café is the stunning flower decor. With beautiful flowers covering a wall from floor to ceiling, you mesmerized for hours. Make sure to snap a pic before leaving this spot. After all, it was voted one of London’s most instagrammable places by The Evening Standard.
Pietro NoLita – New York
This 1950s inspired diner is home to healthy Italian dishes, available from brunch to dinner. Do not let the word ‘healthy’ scare you, every meal is homemade with yummy ingredients that will make you drool. Named after the owner, Pietro Quaglia, Pietro NoLita also offers fun cocktails that pair well with the pink theme, like their “A Sneak Pink” cocktail, made with Gin, Cappelletti, rosemary, grapefruit, lemon, orange blossom and soda. We dare you to find something that is not pink in Pietro NoLita. Everything from the walls to the toilets are pink and we are loving it. It is almost like you are in barbie heaven. Confined in a small setting, this eatery is crawling with people just hoping to get a spot. Pietro Nolita doesn’t take reservations but do not let that stop you from grabbing a drink to go.
Holy Matcha – San Diego
Holy Matcha, is this place ever cute! Holy Matcha is a dream location for instagrammers and matcha lovers. Doesn’t pink and green seem like the perfect colour combination? We could not agree more. The botanical wallpaper combined with the velvet pink seats is just too pretty for words. The detail within the cafe’s decor will definitely meet your instagram needs. This adorable cafe serves Japanese tea and yummy treats in what we would call, a beautiful pink garden. You will be swoon by their variations of matcha drinks and healthy bites. Holy Matcha is all about educating their customers on the benefits of tea. They also want to teach their customers the right way to prepare tea, as well as provide serving techniques. Customers can experience a matcha tea ceremony, an ancient Japanese tradition that represents harmony, peace, and happiness.
Now that you have heard some of our favourite pink places, the only thing you should be thinking about is which place to visit first!
